This page cannot be captured
Chrome keeps its own pages (the new tab page, settings, the Web Store) closed to every extension. Open a website, then start the capture.
Free limit reached
The Free plan holds 10 guides at a time. Delete one to record again, or upgrade to Pro for unlimited guides. Guides above the limit, for instance after a Pro plan ends, stay readable and exportable; editing comes back when you are at 10 again.
A device does not sync
Three devices already sync with your account. Remove one from the Devices page of your account on toolclack.com.
A private link does not open
The reader has to sign in with the email you added to the link. If they signed in with another account, they can choose Use another account, or ask for a code by email.
A click did not become a step
Clicks inside an embedded frame (a payment form, a chat window, an embedded editor) are not captured. Take that step with Capture in the capture bar, then give it a title in the editor.
