Who we are
These terms govern your use of toolclack.com and of the products published under the ToolClack name, such as FillKit. "We" and "ToolClack" refer to the operator of the service, reachable at hello@toolclack.com. By installing a ToolClack product or creating an account you agree to these terms.
The service
ToolClack provides browser tools. Free features work fully locally, without an account; free plans may include usage limits, stated on each product's page. Optional features such as cloud sync require signing in with Google. We describe what each product does and does not do honestly on its product page and documentation; the Privacy Policy describes how data is handled.
Your account
Accounts are created by signing in with Google. You are responsible for what happens under your account. You can disconnect at any time; your local data keeps working without the account.
Your content
The snippets, autofill values, profiles and anything else you create remain yours. If you enable sync, you grant us permission to store and transmit that content solely to provide the service. You can export everything as a plain JSON file at any time, and delete server-side data self-service, as described in the Privacy Policy.
Paid plans
Paid plans, when available, are sold by Lemon Squeezy acting as merchant of record: billing, invoices, VAT and refunds are handled by Lemon Squeezy under its own terms of sale. Prices and plan contents are shown on the product page before purchase; if they change, changes apply from your next billing period. Cancelling stops future charges and your plan runs until the end of the paid period. Nothing in this section limits your statutory consumer rights.
Acceptable use
Do not use the tools to break the law, to spam, or to interfere with websites' security mechanisms. The tools deliberately do not fill passwords, one-time codes or payment card fields, and do not solve CAPTCHAs; do not attempt to make them. Do not abuse the sync service (for example with automated bulk traffic well beyond personal use).
Intellectual property
The software, the ToolClack and FillKit names and the site content are ours. These terms give you a personal, non-exclusive right to use the products; they do not transfer any ownership.
Availability and changes
We improve the products continuously and features may change. If we ever discontinue a paid service, we will give reasonable notice, and local features are designed to keep working: your data lives in your browser and is always exportable.
Termination
You can stop using the products and delete your server-side data at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or abuse the service; where reasonable we will warn you first.
Warranty and liability
The tools are provided as is, without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, ToolClack is not liable for indirect damages arising from their use, and its total liability for paid plans is limited to the amounts you paid in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law, or affects your mandatory consumer rights.
Governing law
These terms are governed by Italian law. If you are a consumer in the EU, you keep the protections and the courts of your country of residence where the law grants them.
Changes to these terms
If these terms change, the new version is published on this page with an updated date. Material changes affecting paid plans or accounts will be announced in the product before they take effect.
