About this tool

A signature tells people who you are and how to reach you, at the end of every message. The one made here is plain on purpose: text, one accent color, working links, nothing a mail client can break.

Email clients are picky about HTML, so the signature is built the way they expect, with a table and inline styles, and it pastes cleanly into Gmail, Outlook and Apple Mail.

This tool is built by ToolClack and, like everything we make, it is local-first: your data stays in your browser.

Frequently asked questions

How do I add it to Gmail?

Click Copy signature, then in Gmail open Settings, See all settings, and paste it into the Signature box. Save at the bottom of the page.

Yes. Copy the signature and paste it in Outlook under Settings, Mail, Compose and reply, Email signature.

Is my information stored?

No. Everything you type stays in this page; nothing is sent or saved anywhere.

Copy the plain text and save it as a snippet in FillKit: type ;sig in any text field, on any site, and it appears.
