Guide status and review reminders
Flag guides To review or Outdated, and let StepKit flag the ones nobody checked.
Status
A guide needs no status: with no flag it is fine as it is. When something changed, pick Status in its menu and flag the guide To review or Outdated. Once it is fixed, Mark as up to date, in the same menu, clears the flag. Flags work on every plan.
Review reminders
With Pro, StepKit flags guides nobody has checked for a while: open Settings, then Review reminders, and pick after how many days a guide turns To review. The count starts from the recording, or from the last time the guide was marked up to date. The list then shows how many guides are waiting.
In a team
On team guides, marking To review or Outdated asks what changed, so the person who fixes it knows where to look. These guides also appear in the Requests tab.
