Business teams
Shared folders, roles, company details and team numbering for small teams.
Starting a team
A Business subscription comes with seats. On your account page, add members by their email. No invite email is sent: they sign in with that address (any Google account) and accept the invite from their account page or the Account tab of the extension. Until they accept, they see nothing of the team and the team sees nothing of them. The seats line under the form always says how many are in use and where to buy more.
Sharing folders
Share a snippet folder with the team from its menu and every member sees it in their panel; autofill sets share the same way. Everything you do not share stays private: the team never sees your other folders, your personal sets or your details.
Roles
Members are Viewers or Editors, switched from the roster on the account page. Viewers use shared content, Editors change it, and the owner runs the roster. The Company card follows the same rule: admins and editors write, viewers read.
Team counters, trash and history
Team counter sequences are one numbering for everyone, so two people never mint the same invoice number. Shared items deleted by the team sit in the account page trash for 30 days, and their version history is there to restore from, like your own.
Team usage
The owner's account page shows the team's usage: expansions, autofills and time saved, summed and per member.
