Email to snippet
A private address that turns any email you send it into a snippet. Pro and Business.
Turning it on
On your account page at toolclack.com, open Email to snippet and press Enable: you get a private address of your own. Anything you email to it becomes a snippet in your Inbox folder, waiting in the panel at the next sync.
How the email maps
The subject becomes the snippet's name and the body its content. Start the subject with a shortcut to choose it yourself, like ;intro Client greeting; otherwise FillKit assigns ;mail1, ;mail2 and so on, ready to be renamed.
Clean by default
Your email signature (everything under the standard -- line) is cut, and the forwarded-message header is stripped when you forward something in, so the snippet holds just the text you meant.
Locked to you
Only mail sent from your own account address is accepted; everything else is dropped silently, and the address itself is unguessable. You can copy it, replace it with a fresh one (the old one dies for good) or turn the whole thing off on the account page, any time. Up to 50 emails a day.
