Settings reference

Every switch in the Settings tab, from the shortcut prefix to disabled sites and Start fresh.

Text expansion

The master switch pauses shortcuts and suggestions everywhere, e.g. while coding or screen sharing; the panel keeps working. The default shortcut prefix prefills new snippets, and an optional one-step rewrite converts every existing shortcut to a new prefix, chains included. The suggestion list on a bare prefix can be toggled here too.

Autofill

Its own master switch turns off the in-page pieces: the fill dot, the save dot, the keyboard shortcut and the right-click fill. Your sets stay visible in the panel. Dot inside the field moves the fill dot between the field's right edge and the spot just outside it, and an optional page handle (off by default) adds a small tab on the right edge of every page that opens FillKit; the handle's own x hides it site by site.

Disabled sites

Add any site and choose what goes quiet there: expansion, autofill or both, one pill per part on each site row. The page's right-click menu toggles the same two switches for the site you are on. Useful for code editors and admin consoles.

Usage

Your numbers as tiles: expansions, autofills and the time they saved you, total and over the last 30 days.

Backup & import

Export builds your backup file (choose everything or just some folders), Import brings data in, from a FillKit file or from seven other expanders. Both preview before they touch anything; the details live in the Import and export article.

Start fresh

The careful corner. Start fresh (everything) deletes all data in one go, with its two partial versions underneath (snippets & folders only, autofill only); each asks twice and then wants the word delete typed. Reset usage stats zeroes the counters here, on your account page and on every synced device, and touches nothing else.

Appearance

Light by default; the sun and moon button in the header, next to the language switch, flips the panel to dark and back. The in-page dot and drawer follow the same theme.
