Your details and the Company card
The fields autofill and variables read from, yours and your team's.
The Personal card
The Account tab holds your Personal card: name, email, address and any field you add. Autofill reads from it, and every field doubles as a snippet variable ({email}, {phone}). Change a value once and every snippet and set that uses it is current.
The Company card
On a Business team a second card appears: Company, shared with the whole team. Team admins and editors keep it (the VAT number, the office address, the support phone), viewers use it. Company fields work exactly like personal ones in snippets and autofills; if a personal field and a company field share a name, the personal one wins.
One identity, everywhere
With sync on, your details follow you to every device, and the Company card follows the team: update the office address once and every teammate types the right one from that moment on.
