Creating and organizing snippets

The snippet editor, folders with colors and icons, favorites, and search.

The editor

A snippet has a name (up to 60 characters), a shortcut (up to 32), and its content (up to 10,000). The content box can grow with the text or fill the panel; toggle that in Settings.

Folders

Group snippets into folders, give each folder a color and an icon, and drag them into the order you like. Folders collapse, so a long library stays scannable. Loose snippets live in the General folder, which you can rename.

Favorites

Star the snippets you use most: they gather in the Favorites group at the top, with their own manual ordering.

Finding things

The search box filters snippets as you type, across names, shortcuts and content. Every row also has a menu with duplicate, share and delete; deletes can be undone from the toast that appears.
