Your data and privacy
Where FillKit keeps your data, what never leaves the browser, and what is never touched.
Fully local by default
Everything you create in FillKit (snippets, autofills, profiles, settings) is stored in your browser, on your machine. Nothing is sent anywhere unless you explicitly turn on Google Drive backup or ToolClack sync, and both are optional.
What FillKit never touches
Password fields are ignored everywhere, by design: FillKit will not expand, save, or fill into them. The same applies to one-time code fields (2FA) and card number or CVV fields. That is your password manager's job, not ours.
Your data stays yours
You can export everything as a plain JSON file at any time from the backup center, and import it back on any machine. Backups are clean, portable data: no lock-in, no encryption tricks.
