A shortcut does not expand

Check, in order: the expansion master switch in Settings; whether the site is in Disabled sites; whether the snippet is scoped to a different profile; and whether the shortcut has no prefix, in which case it expands on Tab, not on typing.

FillKit ignores a field on purpose

Password fields, one-time code fields and card number or CVV fields are skipped everywhere, by design. There is no setting to change this.

Autofill misses or misfills a field

Sites change their forms. Open the set, remove the stale field and pick it again on the page; matching is based on the field's stable attributes, so a re-pick fixes a redesign.

I deleted something by mistake

Deletes show a toast with Undo. Restore from there, or import your latest backup from the backup center.

The panel and a page disagree

Content scripts load with the page: after installing or updating FillKit, reload tabs that were already open.
